? The PSD120 linear drive unit can be used as a single or multi axis unit and lends itself particularly useful in Z axis applications. The linear technology is the same as used in our PDU2 belt driven product with the Herculane wheels providing a smooth low maintenance solution. The ballscrew drive and linear guide is housed in a strong aluminium beam protected by a cover strip which runs the entire length of the product. This cost effective package is available in a number of standard lengths from 400mm to 1500mm and in a range of pitches. Connection of motors is simple utilising a tubular flange and coupling which will suit most common motor faces. Multi axis solutions can in turn be constructed utilising a standard range of fixing plates.
