The main features of the OMB vibrators are the use of high-standard material and the

impeccable technical execution:

  • Electrical motors manufactured with low loss lamination core which increases the
efficiency and therefore reduces the heating up;
  • Winding insulation in accordance with ASTM, with polyester resin class H;
  • Solid cast iron housing and high resistant aluminium housing in order to resist
mechanical stress;
  • NiCrMo heat-treated steel shafts;
  • High load capacity bearings, with special ?LONG-LIFE? lubrication;
  • Eccentric weights, easily and precisely adjustable;
  • Electrostatic powder painting Blue RAL 5010, polymerised in the oven;
  • Insulation class: F;
  • Labyrinth type bearing seal with a wide restraining chamber
  • Mechanical protection: IP65-7
