Dual Vee Single Edge Slide System

  

A simple guidance system comprising track, wheels and bushes which can be easily assembled into linear applications where accuracy is not the main criteria. Dual-Vee components are available in four sizes to suit a wide range of automation uses. The slide is hardened on the ‘V’ edge only, allowing simple drilling of mounting holes in the centre. 

  • Tracks in any length up to 6 metres in one piece
  • Sealed or shielded guide wheels
  • Stainless steel versions of all components 
  • Eccentric and concentric bushes allow removal of all free play
   

 		  

A highly effective system for lower cost and accuracy builds up from a single edge track and matching wheels. DualVee components are available in a range of sizes to suit most applications with high temperature and vacuum/clean-room options available to complement existing stainless steel components.

  • Available drilled or un-drilled to minimise additional engineering
