Mounted to a head shaft, CB Series clutches prevent unwanted reverse rotation.

 

OVERLOAD SAFETY DEVICES

    

1.  TORQ/GARD

TORQ/GARD overload clutches help protect the drive train of your machinery from damage due to excessive torque         generated by overloads and/or jamming. They feature clean, modular design one unit for direct drive, chain drive or other power transmission options universal mounting, automatic reset, single position, reversibility and repeatability.

 

  

2.  TOTQ/PTO™

TOTQ/PTO™ Ball Detent overload clutches are designed to protect form overload situations and the resultant potential damage and downtime. They have many if the same features described above and serve a wide range of general overload applications.

 

 

  

3.  TORQUE LIMITERS

TORQUE LIMITERS are proven friction overload protection devices. These units provides a simple, compact, easily adjustable and durable mechanism used successfully in many types of applications.

   

4.  SHEAR PIN HUBS

SHEAR PIN HUBS are designed to prevent damage to machinery due to sudden overload or jamming by shearing a  necked pin at a predetermined load.
