The 1LE1/1PC1/1LE0 motor family comprises of 3 main series:
1) SIMOTICS GP General Purpose 1LE1/1PC1 (Aluminum Housing) Lightweight, flexible and suitable for applications in pumps, fans and compressors. Power output range from 0.55-22 kW, frame sizes 80-160.
2) SIMOTICS SD Severe Duty 1LE1 (Cast-Iron Housing) First choice for heavy duty applications under harsh environmental conditions. They resist dust or vibration in mills and mixers as well as the corrosive atmosphere in the petrochemical industry. Power output range from 0.75-200 kW, frame sizes 100-315.
3) SIMOTICS SD/GP 1LE0 (Cast-Iron Housing) Highest quality, reliability, compactness and optimally integrated into the drive train. This model comes in 2 product lines, 1LE01 [Distribution Line] and 1LE002 [Option Line].
